This workshop is hands on, with practical How to's, tips, body hacks and a 1/2 sized skeleton named George.
You will learn how to:
- Perform the Sun Salutation in a way that strengthen and mobilises your back. Understand exactly how to recruit your core muscles to support your practice.
- Expect to move differently, learn to Chaturanga in a way that creates the strength necessary to advance your practice.

Zach is an exercise physiologist who is is passionate about functional movement patterns that stimulate the mind-body connection. He is a skilled communicator and is a 'teacher's teacher' who trains yoga teachers in their post graduate anatomy and movement studies. He's awesome, no really :)
