For those new to yoga it will set a foundation of understanding that will support a strong healthy practice for the rest of your life.

This workshop is hands on, with practical How to's, tips, body hacks and a 1/2 sized skeleton named George.

You will learn how to:

  • Perform the Sun Salutation and other foundation movements in a way that strengthen and mobilises your back. Understand exactly how to recruit your core muscles to support your practice.

  • Expect to move differently, learn to Chaturanga in a way that creates the strength necessary to advance your practice.

  • You will leave feeling strong and inspired

  • This workshop is perfect for those looking for an ‘ah ha’ moment. That point of understanding within your own practice that changes the way you move.

About Zach

Zach is an exercise physiologist who is is passionate about functional movement patterns that stimulate the mind-body connection. He is a skilled communicator and is a 'teacher's teacher' who trains yoga teachers in their post graduate anatomy and movement studies. He's awesome, no really :)
