Spring Yin and Nidra Energy Immersion
As we emerge from the cool hibernating winter months into the expressive and creative season of Spring it’s time to spring clean not only our homes, but our bodies and mind. This deep seasonal Spring Yin and Yoga Nidra immersion will explore the layers of our physical, energetic and mental bodies to release anything we’ve held onto during these cooler months and prepare us for the warmer months ahead.
Spring is a time of new beginnings for us to blossom and engage in activities and practices that enable us to grow, explore and renew with new life surrounding us in nature.
Join Emily May for a 2.5 hour immersion inviting you to explore a deep and energising Spring Yin Yoga practice and Yoga Nidra based on her recent studies abroad.
In this immersion you will:
- Experience a deep and nurturing Spring Yin Yoga practice exploring the energy body and poses focusing on the liver and gall bladder meridians to help restore your body’s energy
- Energise your body and mind as we emerge from the hibernating winter months by silently melting and merging within and shifting from thinking and doing to feeling and beingin a profound and mindful Yoga Nidra experience
- Finish with a chai, healthy afternoon tea and a chance to connect with other Yogis
