At Seed Yoga + Wellness our popular kids and teens yoga classes run by the term. These classes are designed to introduce young people to the calming effects of yoga, breathing practices and mindfulness.
Our creative and fun Kids and Teen yoga classes include yoga postures and movement to cultivate confidence, body awareness, strength and mobility. We explore breathing practices and mindfulness to build resilience, confidence and calm in the face of life’s challenges, and guided relaxation time (which is always everyone’s favourite part of the class!) to rest and reboot busy bodies and minds.
To explore these life-enriching practices we use a variety of mediums to engage and inspire your child/ teen, including stories, games, music, creative movement, and crafty creations. You child/ teen will come away from our classes feeling refreshed, recharged and ready to enjoy life to it’s fullest!
Kids and Teen yoga classes are returning in Term 2, 2019 on the following days and times:
Kids Yoga (9-12 years) with Milena Zanetti from Thursday 2 May to Thursday 20 June 4.50pm to 5.30pm $150 (8 week term)
