Winter is a season where less becomes a kind of medicine: Nature slows down. The days shorten. Energy turns inward. Yet so many of us continue trying to push, strive and keep pace with a world that rarely stops moving. This beautiful 2 hour Yin ceremony with Jennifer Chen is an invitation to pause, soften and replenish.

What if you could see what your body has been holding?

This 2.5 hour workshop with Lauren Foster invites you to connect with your energy centres through guided meditation, somatic awareness, and intuitive painting. Rather than studying the chakras conceptually, you’ll explore them as a lived, felt experience, translating sensations and emotions into colour, texture, and form.

No artistic experience is needed — the focus is on process, reflection, and self-discovery. You’ll leave with your own intuitive painting, practical tools for awareness and regulation, and a sense of calm, curiosity, and embodied insight. Meet yourself… in colour.

***FULLY BOOKED*** By popular request, Janneke Ferwerda returns for an evening of deep rest and sound immersion. Settle in for gentle, guided Yoga Nidra and a live sound journey with gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and ethereal vocals.

Experience profound nervous system reset, release physical and mental tension, and simply allow yourself to receive. Each journey is unique, evolving with the energy of the room, leaving you feeling grounded, light, deeply rested, and connected to your inner calm.

If you ignore the dragon, it will eat you. If you try to confront the dragon, it will overpower you. If you ride the dragon, you will harness its might and power.” Chinese Proverb

Embark on a unique journey in this Yin Yoga workshop that dives into Daoist philosophy and explores the mythical Dragon Flow. In Daoism, the dragon represents wisdom, courage, and transformation—qualities we can embody through a practice that blends yin's quiet intensity with the powerful fluidity of the dragon.

As Carl Jung described, the dragon symbolises your greatest fear and the unknown forces within yourself; yet by confronting and learning to ride it, you unlock your true potential and inner power.

Led by experienced dragon rider, Lisa Allwell, this workshop will guide you through Yin poses designed to open energy channels, calm the mind, and cultivate a grounded strength.
