Autumn is a transitional time when we shift from the heat of summer to the cooler Winter months. In this immersion, Emily will guide you through a delicious yin practice exploring the seasonal meridians of the lung and large intestine and then transition you through with a blissful sound healing featuring different sounds and healing instruments. In a deep Yoga Nidra you will then explore the layers of your physical, energetic and mental bodies to prepare you for the cooler temperatures ahead.
