We offer state of the art yoga seven days a week with variety of carefully developed classes to suit every body. All of our classes include elements of mindfulness and relaxation.

All classes run for 60 minutes. We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes early to give you plenty of time to check in and relax. Please note that doors are locked when the class starts.

 
 

Bookings are required for all our classes.  You can book using the timetable below, but for the best experience, we recommend downloading the Seed Yoga + Wellness App.  If you have an android, save this url to your home screen to make booking your classes simple.
