Wellness Program: Yoga, Meditation and Workshops
This retreat is suitable for all levels of yoga experience from beginners through to those with an established yoga practice.
We’ll explore what it means to be truly well - body, mind and soul. This is an individual journey, but we’ll collectively look at what yoga, ayurveda, psychology and other integrative practices can teach us about creating a life that is vibrant and graceful. It’s finding your own steady ground. This retreat is lighthearted…expect to have fun.
As we watch the waves on the beach, we’ll watch the waves of our own breath, the ebb and flow of thought and of sensation; we’ll remember to gently trust in the flow of life.
You will leave Shoreham better equipped to manage the stressors of daily life.

Greg Norden
Greg sold his metal finishing business in 2017 with the aim of travelling the world and following his heart. His first stop was India, where he fell in love with the people and culture. He studied Sattva Yoga and Meditation, and now with over 1,000 hours of training, he shares these life-changing practices at Seed in his meditation and breathwork classes.
An adventurer at heart, Greg has hiked mountains in Nepal, Switzerland and France. He’s ridden his bike from Melbourne to Rockhampton. He’s done ironmans, marathons and plenty of other crazy stuff. He’s lived on the Camino in Spain, road tripped through Norway and continues to return to India again and again. While this sounds full on, Greg also understands the value of going slow, by practicing yin and cultivating inner quiet.
Greg values honesty, spontaneity and fun. He is a master at holding space and encouraging people to find authenticity and connection in yoga and in life.
