As the quiet of winter melts into the vibrant energy of spring, we are invited to awaken alongside nature — to stretch out of stillness, breathe deeply, and plant the seeds of what we wish to grow. Spring is a season of renewal, clarity, and fresh beginnings. It’s the perfect time to pause, align with nature’s rhythm, and set heartfelt intentions for the months ahead.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is connected to the Wood Element, which governs the Liver and Gallbladder meridians. This energy supports our vision, direction, and sense of purpose — like a strong, rooted tree reaching confidently toward the sky. When these pathways are balanced, we feel clear, grounded, and capable of moving forward with ease and flow.
This two-hour workshop is designed to help you shake off the heaviness of winter, reconnect to your inner clarity, and move into spring with intention and vitality. Through breath, movement, and stillness, we’ll explore the beautiful dance of Yin and Yang — soft and strong, passive and active, dark and bright — to bring harmony to body, mind, and spirit.
✨ What to expect:
Intention Setting Ritual — plant your own symbolic seed for the season, supported by mindful pranayama and mudra.
Yin + Yang Practice — a flowing blend of strong, dynamic movement with deep, nourishing stillness to awaken the Wood Element and open the Liver + Gallbladder meridians.
Integration + Meditation — close with a guided meditation and luxurious savasana, allowing space for reflection, renewal, and deep rest.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your purpose — ready to step into spring with a renewed sense of vitality and vision.

About Jen
“Yoga is not just a career for me—it’s a way of life. I discovered yoga in my mid-20s during a time when I was feeling lost and searching for purpose. Through mindful breathing and movement, yoga helped me heal, grow, and reconnect with myself. It became my therapy and my path forward.
I believe that movement is therapy for the body and meditation is medicine for the mind.I’m trained and experienced in Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, Meditation as well as trauma informed yoga practice. My teaching style is mindful, spacious, and grounding, with a focus on cultivating strength, mobility, and awareness through purposeful, dynamic flow sequences. Each class has an energetic rhythm, and I guide my students to connect deeply with their breath and body throughout the practice.”
