“WOW where to begin. I love, love, loved this retreat. The 2 x Lisa’s went over and above to make this such a success, so thank you. Bali is always an inspiration and the Villa is in the perfect location. The yoga & meditation practises, the group activities, the art activities , the day out to Ubud especially the sound healing and the meals were all amazing. To all my new friends, you also made this amazing from the shared stories to the laughter, there was a felt sense of connection. I left the retreat feeling grounded, at peace and with so many positive tools to use in my daily life. I would definitely love to go again. I feel blessed to have shared this experience with so many amazing women. Thank you” Sharon Ross.

“The Seed Yoga Bali retreat is so much more than the yoga. It's a perfect opportunity for self reflection and nurturing, meeting a bunch of like minded souls and having a laugh. The Lisas and Kerrie do a wonderful job of facilitating, straight away I felt a wave of calmness that is still with me days after the retreat has finished.” Clare Rakkit.

“Seed Yoga retreat in Bali retreat was amazing. Set in the most beautiful location. As a beginner yogi I did not feel out of place at all. The 2 Lisa's were warm and welcoming with a wealth of knowledge. Food was delicious and the massages endless! I have come away with a love of meditation and a drive to continue with my yoga practice. What a magical place to discover this love.” Jane Smith

Wellness Program: Yoga, Meditation and Workshops

This retreat is suitable for all levels of yoga experience from absolute beginners through to those with an established yoga practice. Lisa Allwell and Lisa Matthews are senior teachers who have run dozens of retreats together. They love to create potent retreat experiences to encourage transformation and opportunities for connection with self and others.

The morning yoga classes will be more energising and uplifting, designed to put a spring in your step. The sunset yoga sessions will be restorative, yin based and gentle. We’ll explore guided relaxation and yoga breathing techniques called pranayama.

Together we’ll discover vedic meditation techniques; learning to tune in to your breath, to your body and to your surroundings. We’ll learn how a regular yoga and meditation practice can hold you steady in times of turmoil and how creative solutions appear naturally when you trust in the flow of life.

Expect yoga and lifestyle workshops with the Lisas … we’ll keep the topics a secret for now. Our resident artist Kerrie Jacobs, will facilitate joyful art classes to tap into your most creative self.
