Create your own piece of art in this unique workshop with Kerrie Jacobs from Meraki Art and Lisa Allwell, combining meditation, art and a glass of bubbles...because it's Friday night. These are all techniques to connect to your intuitive expression! (And you’ll make some unique Christmas gifts to wow the people you love.)
We've designed his workshop with an emphasis on fun, so gather your friends for an evening of connection and artistic expression.
We'll start with a guided meditation to quiet your mind and get your creative juices flowing. Lying in a cosy nest of blankets on the floor, we'll use the chakras as a framework to connect to your true creative self. The art emerges organically.
We'll then enjoy a glass of bubbles as we spend a blissful two hours creating and playing with alcohol inks. You will find this process fascinating and calming. You will surprise yourself with the masterpieces you create! There's time to connect and chat along the way as together we find relaxation and inspiration.
You will come home with several pieces of art to wow the special people in your life: You can tell them that there are no mistakes in the creative process - whatever you create was meant to be! This is art for people who think they can’t do art.
In this workshop you will receive:
A guided meditation to get your creative juices flowing.
Guaranteed fun and fascination (and a new addiction to ink art!)
Instruction in how to use alcohol inks.
All the art art materials you need to create your masterpiece
A glass of sparkling wine
Bliss balls and chai
We'll finish the evening with a chai and impromptu art exhibition where we check out each other's creative genius. You will leave feeling restored, refreshed and in touch with your creative self. A perfect Saturday night!
