Join us for an enriching 90 minute yoga workshop where we will embark on a journey of self-discovery through movement, sound, and the transformative power of breath. This immersive experience is designed to reconnect you with your inner self, nurturing mindfulness and leaving you with a profound sense of inner balance and calm.

This is a free community event: Unearth your steady center and leave feeling nourished, refreshed, and deeply connected to yourself. We look forward to sharing this transformative journey with you.

Class Highlights:

1. Movement Exploration: We'll begin our journey with a series of gentle yet invigorating movements that harmonize your body and mind. Through carefully curated asanas and flows, we'll help you reconnect with your physical self, release tension, and rediscover your body's innate wisdom.

2. Sound : Immerse yourself in the healing power of sound as we explore vibrational practices that resonate with the core of your being. Through kriya, you'll experience a profound sense of harmony and inner peace.

3. Dynamic Breath Practices: Breath is the bridge between the body and the mind. Discover the transformative potential of your breath through dynamic pranayama techniques that will enhance your presence, increase vitality, and foster a deeper connection with yourself.

4. Grounding Yoga Nidra: The journey culminates with a deeply restorative and rejuvenating yoga nidra session. This guided meditation will nourish your body, calm your mind, and rejuvenate your soul. It's the perfect conclusion to a day of self-discovery and mindfulness.

About Erin:

I have a podiatry background and am a mother to three little ones. I found myself in a studio after I was gifted a pass to a class a few years ago, and I never really got off the mat. I felt a pull to complete  my teacher training and I am currently undertaking more training in kriya, breathwork and meditation. The discovery and exploration of these practices changed my life and it’s such an amazing thing to be able to share them. My yoga practice really helps me navigate the complexities of life and has played a huge part in recovering from a chronic illness called POTS.

My classes have a focus on mindfulness and presence, and my aim is that you leave feeling nourished and that you’ve filled your own cup by being present to yourself, for yourself.
