About Erin:

Erin is a mamma to three little ones, including twins. I am addicted to cacao, I play my harmonium every single day and I am always singing.  I have a podiatry background but yoga swept me off my feet a few years ago and I've never looked back. I started as a student at Seed and I quickly noticed the profound effects that time on the mat seemed to have on me, inside and out. I felt particularly moved by the absolute magic that is kundalini kriyah and breathwork, and you will often find these beautiful practices sprinkled through my classes. I hope that my classes help you cultivate a sense of presence and self awareness, as they have a mindfulness focus. My aim is that you leave feeling nourished and that you've filled your own cup, by being present to yourself, for yourself.
