In this 2.5 hour workshop, you will explore nourishment and healing during Winter, leaning into rituals that are deeply introspective and potentially transformational for your body and the essence of your heart.
Expect an inward journey, working with meditation techniques for self reflection, and healing, journalling and Yin yoga.

About Taryn:
Taryn is a gifted and experienced yoga teacher. You may not know that she is also a massage therapist and reiki master, which makes her extra knowledgeable as she presents this workshop that invites you to go deep within.
