Just before the year turns, there is a sacred pause where the noise settles, the dust lands, and we are invited to truly reflect on what the year has meant. Before stepping into the next cycle, we need time to exhale, to listen, to honour what we have walked through, and consciously lay down what no longer serves. This is not a space for resolutions or pressure, but for clarity, embodiment, and deep presence.
In this spacious and soulful workshop with Lisa Allwell, you’ll be guided through a powerful blend of yogic and contemplative practices designed to support transition with awareness and intention.
What to expect:
Gentle, intuitive movement to release stored tension and soften what’s been holding your back physically, emotionally, energetically.
A powerful 24-minute Ananda Mandala breath practice to ignite clarity, expand inner vision, and reconnect you with your deepest knowing.
Guided reflection practices to help you explore what you are ready to let go of and what you’re choosing to honour as you step into 2026.
Clarity-focused intention-setting rituals that feel grounded, embodied, and free from the pressure of traditional “resolutions.”
A deeply grounding closing meditation to seal your insights and intentions into the body and subtle field.
Ceremonial touches and little surprises to mark the moment and make the transition feel memorable and sacred.
Expect to leave feeling clearer, lighter, and deeply connected to the path before you. This workshop is a beautiful way to close the year with gratitude and consciousness—and to welcome the next with spaciousness, trust, steadiness, and purpose.
This workshop is only for students with an unlimited membership. There is no cost to attend.
When: Tuesday 30 December from 3.00-5.00pm
