A Springtime Journey: Yoga, Meditation, and Art for Kids

Get ready to blossom these school holidays! join Karen Robotis for a vibrant celebration of the season's magic! Spring comes alive through a unique fusion of dynamic yoga movements, spirited dance, art and soothing mindful breathing. As the earth awakens with colour and energy, our program will invite your child to explore and enjoy the season's wonders in an engaging and imaginative way.

Your child will experience the joy of moving their bodies with playful yoga poses that mirror the blossoming flowers and gentle breezes of spring. Our lively dance sessions will have them twirling and leaping, much like the energetic buzz of bees and the flutter of butterflies. In addition, we'll guide them through mindful breathing exercises that capture the essence of spring’s renewal, helping them find calm and focus amidst the vibrant activities.

But the adventure doesn’t stop there! We’ll dive into creative arts projects that connect children with the plant world, using the season's rich palette to spark their imagination. They'll get hands-on with nature-inspired activities that celebrate the beauty and vitality of spring.

This event is specially designed for primary school-aged kids, with no prior yoga experience required. Our goal is to create a nurturing and enjoyable atmosphere where every child can explore and thrive.

Secure your child's spot now, as spaces are limited! We can't wait to welcome them to this school holiday adventure.
