Awakening your core's true potential first starts with understanding the relationship between pelvis, core and spine. These three work in tandem to connect you to your personal powerhouse. When you feel centred, there is the potential to transform your yoga practice and your life!

Expect to leave this workshop feeling not only stronger and more connected to your physical body, but empowered as you light up manipura, your third chakra - giving you the confidence to stand in your own power, and to be bold in your approach to life.
