Each week we tackle a different aspect of menopause in a practical way. You’ll go home each week feeling radiantly alive, with a bonus gift and some tips and tools to support you between sessions.

Kerrie is a Melbourne based artist. She is passionate about using artistic techniques to help women reconnect with their creative and intuitive self. Kerrie facilitates experiences where women who ‘think they cant do art’ are surprised and delighted at a reignighting of their own artistic spark. Finding creativity on a page or canvas, helps women to remember that creative solutions can arise naturally and spontaneously in life. Kerrie is a keen yogi and she practices at Seed Yoga several times each week. Kerrie became interested in working with women with menopause as she looked for ways to support herself through this transition. Kerrie believes creativity heals, and brings joy and relaxation too. She’s a truly wise women and will share what she learned.
About Lisa Allwell
Lisa took up teaching yoga full time as an older woman after a career in Public Health and she hasn’t looked back. After managing to do her first headstand at 44, Lisa realised that there was so much more she could do with her life if she only tried.
Lisa understands the many health benefits of Yoga to support menopause from calming your mind through to being a part of a community of like-minded people. She will help you explore how to find the right practices and techniques from both yoga and a western evidence base to help you travel that journey more easefully.
