What if you could see what your body has been holding?
Painting the Chakras is a 2.5 hour immersive experience designed to invite you into a deeper listening, reflection, and integration of your energy centres. Blending yogic philosophy, somatic awareness, and intuitive painting, this trauma-aware workshop gently guides participants through the chakra system as a felt, embodied experience rather than a conceptual study.
The session will begin with a guided meditation exploring the felt sense of each of your energy centres - from grounding and safety to intuition and connection - participants will then translate sensation into colour, texture, and form.
Your art making becomes a bridge from felt sense to full embodiment, offering non-verbal emotional processing, creative release, and symbolic expression in a safe, and supportive environment. The result is more than an artwork; it is a visual map of inner experience, a tangible reflection of energy, emotion, and awareness.
No artistic experience or skill is needed, as the focus is not on the outcome or aesthetic but rather on the process.
Participants leave with:
A completed intuitive painting
Greater interoceptive awareness
Practical tools for reflection and regulation
A deeper, embodied understanding of the chakra system
Stillness. Colour. Curiosity. Embodied insight.
This is not only about making art.
It is about meeting yourself …in colour!
