* FULLY BOOKED * Have you tried meditation but found it too hard? This is meditation for those of us with a busy mind and who have trouble sitting still. In this 4 week journey, Greg will take you beyond mindfulness into practices that explore breath, energy (kriya) and mantra to cultivate inner silence.
Together we will examine the barriers to creating a consistent practice and how to overcome them so that you can design a meditation practice that is just right for you.

Techniques we will explore:
An energising morning practice - start the day feeling vitalised by cultivating clarity and calm.
Calming evening practice - wipe the slate clean after a busy day so you can sleep restfully and wake with a clear mind.
Stress-busting practice - learn how to use breath and meditation techniques when you are feeling pressure and triggered.
Anxiety reducing practice- learn a powerful technique to break the cycle when you feel overwhelmed
You will:
Participate in a weekly group mediation session
Learn how meditation affects the brain and why it is a powerful technique for healing and self-empowerment
Connect with a group of like minded souls, to establish a community of meditators who support each other and who are on the same journey.
Establish a daily meditation practice
Feel inspired to make meditation a part of your daily routine (just like brushing your teeth, it will feel weird if you don’t do it!)
Participate in a weekly sadhana practice
Have fun! This course is playful and you are encouraged to be curious and lighthearted

Access to an online breathwork and meditation class with Greg (Fridays 7.00am to 7.20am)

About Greg Norden:
Greg travelled to India in 2017 and studied over 1,000 hours of yoga and meditation in the foothills of the Himalayas. He found the practice life-changing: "As an athlete I used to have a rigid mindset, everything was black or white. I'm now able to see the colour. I experience joy and have reconnected with my inner child."
Greg has spent the last 4 years refining his personal meditation practice. It's now a part of his daily routine. Just like brushing his teeth. "I have a toolbox of techniques that I can use when challenges and stressful situations arise. I'm looking forward to sharing them with you."
