Men's Health Month - FREE EVENTS for Blokes

November is Men’s Health Month and we are getting on board with FREE Classes for Men. There’s no catch, just a chance to experience how yoga and meditation practices can support you to feel great! These FREE sessions are beginner friendly and can be done as a one off, or join us for all three sessions.

Run/Ride/Swim: Yoga for Post Sport Recovery with Ryan Chhajed

In this class we keep it simple, effective and targeted to problem areas for men i.e., improving mobility in the shoulders, hips and hamstrings. Yoga is not only transformational for our physical bodies but also improves functional strength, helps prevent injury, increase range of motion, reduce stress as well as improve concentration and be an incredible tonic for our emotional wellbeing too.

Join Ryan (yogi, father of teens and exercise junkie) for a fun class in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.

Tools to Reduce Stress with Rob Langworthy

For many of us the world we live in today is filled with chronic stress, anxiety and apprehension about what the future holds. At times it feels like there’s just no opportunity to catch a breath and gain a different perspective.  This is where creating a practice of meditation can be of tremendous benefit. Explore some simple tools for mindset to create calm and find space.

Rob, your guide, is a former swami who has been teaching these practices around the world for decades.

Harnessing the Power of Breath with Greg Norden

Unlock the immense power of your breath. Through a variety of Pranayama breathing techniques, you’ll learn to regulate and control your life force. The methods taught assist in unlocking trapped energy, helping you remove what is not needed from your body. You’ll increase your mental clarity, focus, reduce stress and inflammation, improve sports performance, recovery and so much more!

Greg, your guide, is dedicated yogi and endurance athlete who uses breath practices daily to support his physical activities and his life generally.
