Autumn Yin Intensive with Taryn Ipenburg
When we observe nature and the world around us, we witness Autumn as being a time for slowing down and restoring. Intuitively we as humans also feel that pull to rest and be more inward focused as the days become shorter.
Autumn is a time to do inventory on everything we have collected throughout the Summer, to offload what we no longer need, preparing for deep restoration as we move toward the darkest and coldest time of the year. Just as the leaves fall from the trees, we too, can take our cues from the natural world and simply, sweetly let go.
Join Taryn in this 2.5hr workshop to support the body physically, emotionally and energetically as we move into this seasonal transition.
Through stillness, meditation, massage and hands on healing we will together, realign the energetic pathways of the body, balance hormones, alleviate stress and restore balance.
During this workshop you will:
Learn how to nourish your Yin energy though out Autumn with meditation and introspective practices.
Experience a Restorative Yin practice for self healing.
Discover the power of hands on healing practices.
Experience a guided meditation to cultivate calm and to reset a frazzled nervous system.
Expect to leave feeling warm, nurtured and calm.
